Important Notice
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your progress, stars, coins, hearts, customizations, and saved data will be permanently deleted.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request the deletion of your MiuLingo account:
- Enter your email address in the field below (the one associated with your MiuLingo account).
- Click the "Submit Request" button. This will open a pre-filled email in your default email client.
- Send the email from the same email address that you entered in the form. This is required to verify your identity.
- Our team will process your request within 30 days as required by GDPR regulations.
What Will Be Deleted
Upon processing your request, we will permanently delete: your Firebase Authentication account, all progress data stored in Firebase Firestore (stars, coins, hearts, streaks, customizations), and any personal information associated with your account. Local data on your device will remain until you uninstall the app.
